How to book

We will be with you every step of the way as you plan your safari. As soon as you are satisfied with your itinerary, the cost and confirm availability, you advise us whether you wish to make a booking. If so, we will go ahead and secure your reservation. A confirmation invoice will then be sent to you by email as confirmation of the services booked.

A 40% deposit is required at this time and we will book your lodging, and reserve the safari vehicle and guide.  The balance is payable 42 days prior to the start of your safari.

Your vacation investment is safe with Sirinket Adventure Safaris - We have been leading tours since 2003 and have grown rapidly to become one of the leading FIT (customized) luxury tour operators. We have hundreds of satisfied clients to prove it. During the political crisis in Kenya, we promptly refunded clients [who wished to cancel trips] their payments running into large sums of money, as per our Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our cancellation charges are determined by the fact that once we have booked with hotels and safari camps/lodges and with local airlines, they will charge us a cancellation fee if we cancel a booking. Note: ALL cancellations must be received by SAS in writing; cancellation/s will be effective when the written notice is received at SAS’s offices in Nairobi, Kenya-East Africa.

If a cancellation is received after SAS is in possession of the initial deposit, but more than 60 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee incurred will be 10% of the entire tour price per person. A higher cancellation fee may apply to some tours. If cancellation is received between 59 and 45 days prior to departure the fee incurred will be 25% of the entire tour price. Or, if final payment has been received before 60 days prior to departure, and cancellation occurs, the fee incurred will be 25% of the entire tour price. Cancellation/s received between 44 days and 30 days prior to departure will be charged a fee of 50% of the entire tour price. NO REFUNDS whatsoever will be made for cancellations received within the last 30 days prior to departure. This policy also applies to pre and post- trip extensions.

Processing fee: there is a non-refundable fee of 10% of the entire tour price per person for each program you cancel. This low fee reflects only our costs of administering a reservation, and is not intending to be punitive in anyway.

Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some may be non-refundable. Details will be provided upon request.

To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend you purchase Cancellation, Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance.
